Bhagavad-Gita Study____________________

This study will be the first of a series of studies of The Bhagavad Gita the great spiritual literature of India. The verses of Bhagavad Gita are the visions of the seers, sages and thinkers of ancient India. Going beyond all other considerations, whether political or economic systems, is the appeal of this Indian message to the human heart. The reading and understanding of these verses give the vitality and strength in any human endeavor.  This study is for devotional reading and understanding the meaning to help one to dive into its depth. Sri Krishna starts the Bhagavad Gita pointing grief stricken Arjuna  his lowness of spirit, unbecoming to an Aryan, and dishonorable; and continues: 'Do not yield to unmanliness, O Parthā. It does not worthy of you. Shake off this base faint-heartedness and arise, O scorcher of enemies!'
